According to different heat ways of vulcanizing equipment, it can be divided into two types: heat plate and inner steamer. The former is applicable to the medium and small tyre vulcanizing devices while the latter to large or extra-large tyre vulcanizing devices. The inner steamer forms a run-through and sealed heat-medium room in the tyre mould between inner parts of upper cover board, middle frame and lower bottom board, and thus shapes an inner steamer. The heat medium can contact with tyre mould directly, and heat it up. 3. The heat transmission is direct, quick and harmonious, the tyre mould is heated completely, and temperature increases consistently to vulcanize tyre body quickly, harmoniously, uniformly and sufficiently, shorten the period to vulcanize tyre body, ensure tyre process quality, improve tyre quantity and heat utility of heat medium, save resources.
